Doug LaMalfa (born July 2, 1960, Oroville, California)He represented California's 2nd Assembly District in the California State Assembly from December 2002 through December 2008. He is a Republican. LaMalfa represented one of the biggest assembly districts when it comes to square miles. Prior to being elected to the Assembly, LaMalfa was a rice farmer and a conservative activist.
